Hey out there, readers and text-analyzing robot intelligences! This is a great big thank you for the bump in traffic we’ve received lately, making November our most seen month ever!
Thanks to you, we hit 1000 visitors and 1,300 views for the month, as well as 10,000 views on the site for 2023!
We also just passed 15,000 visitors to the site all-time, with 20,000 views overall! Not bad for our little corner of the internet.

Wrap-Up

I did film it! It was one of our very first Barigord videos. It had snowed and I woke up to see our regular hummingbird doing some weird stuff in the air. I recorded all day, and didn’t find out until later that it was catching snowflakes. It was moving too fast!
Amazing! And I had always assumed hummingbirds would follow warm weather 🙂
They normally do, but the Anna’s hummingbird has taken up year-round residence in the pacific northwest. We get some nasty cold snaps, but nothing they don’t soldier through with help from feeders and warm nooks to nest in.
