About our Logo

We have a really cool logo here at Barigord Studios. Here are a few fun facts about it!

The artwork was commissioned from Adriano Kitani, who draws daily for mtggoldfish.com. I love his work, especially the characterization. He really captures complex emotions beautifully. His website is here: http://amkitani.myportfolio.com.

The hummingbird was chosen as our ‘mascot,’ because we not only have a lot of similar qualities among our team as the hummingbirds – smaller statured, fierce bundles of energy always looking for a sugar fix – we have regular hummingbird visitors to our feeder outside. We currently have a male and female as regulars. The male is quite the singer, and female is incredibly curious. Here’s some footage of those sugar fixes getting fixed.

The camera pictured is an old-school stop-motion film camera. One frame at a time! We actually do have one of those that I got from a garage sale years ago. I doubt it works, but it’s a great prop!

While we’re looking at getting our content and our logo out there, we’re not going to do merch. There’s enough merch out there. You can support our Patreon here if you like, but no pressure.
