Hey film contest fans! The latest Film Race is over, and our latest film is with the judges!
Here’s a little info on the film:
Title – The Expense
Quick Synopsis – The lead singer of Reesa and the Pieces sets out on a mission to find who is responsible for a mystery expense on the band credit card.

Things went very well! We had a first draft at the end of the first night, and a full draft the following morning. The actors arrived without much of a look at the script on day 2, but did great anyways. We had 6 actors total, including two scenes with everyone!
We shot all Friday day (Jun 7), and rested for the evening. No cast were available!
Saturday we resumed with just Nicola Whitney-Griffiths and Andrew Wade, and wrapped at dinnertime.
Sunday and Monday were all editing!
As we now know, we have made the finals! We’re among the Top 15 films, and will be moving on to the premiere screening in early August!
